Growth demands confronting bottlenecks
In Jari Sarasvuo's Small Miracles training program, worldviews, views of human nature, and self-images are challenged so that ways of working can be renewed.
The strongest force in human nature is identity. It takes a special environment for the mind's tectonic plates to shift. During this 1.5-day intensive training in a new setting and alongside new people, fresh thinking is born—which is then further refined in personal training sessions.

Implementation
How the Training Is Conducted
Small Miracles intensive training sessions are held three times a year.
Cost of the training: €3,900 + VAT per participant. The price includes one night’s lodging and meals during the intensive (additional nights and beverages are charged separately by the accommodation). Billing is in two installments: half upon registration, half during the intensive.
Pre-assignment
The journey begins with a letter to Jari—how I became who I am, where I am now, and what I’m striving for.
Personal Training
A 1.5-hour 1-on-1 training session with Jari in person for every participant before the intensive training.
1.5-day intensive training session
Live training with other inspiring entrepreneurs and leaders at Calliola.
