Leader's Path
Leadership doesn't need more insights—it needs models that withstand daily work. During the program, you will build your own leadership playbook and put it into practice in real work.
The Leader's Path is Trainers' House's open leadership program for entrepreneurs and executives. It consists of an online orientation and three 1.5-day intensive training sessions from March through August 2027.
Most leaders know exactly what they should do. Fewer of them have a model that shows them how—and that holds true even when the week doesn’t go as planned. That’s why strategy remains on paper, the most important changes get pushed aside by the rush, and good intentions remain just that—intentions.
A leader’s job is to deliver results and help their people become better. This requires leading both people and processes: a shared, inspiring goal and narrative, a clear management system, standardized practices, and a culture that upholds them.
Leader’s Path is for you, if you want to lead more consciously, more consistently, and with less reliance on chance.

Implementation
Training Topics and Schedule
Leader's Path consists of a remote orientation and three 1.5-day intensive training sessions between March and August 2027. You’ll leave each training session with an assignment, and the next session will begin with the results of that assignment. This ensures that the tools you learn are put to use.

Direction and System
Instructor: Arto Heimonen 1.5-day intensive training April 22–23, 2027
A compelling and inspiring story, along with fine-tuning the management system for implementation.

Leading People and Setting the Tone
Trainer: Harri Koski 1 .5-day intensive training June 2–3, 2027
A toolkit for managing people and morale, and building a top-performing team.
Location: Vanajanlinna, Hämeenlinna
Culture and the Next Step
Facilitator: Marko Heintie 1.5-day intensive training August 25–26, 2027
Lessons learned and successes from the journey, tools for defining what matters most and leading culture, and a plan for the next phase.
Location: Calliola Conference and Archipelago Hotel, Snappertuna

Harri Koski, Consultant & Coach
Harri helps leaders standardize their leadership practices. He is at his best when raising the level of leadership to support cultural change and strategy implementation. Harri conducts about 100 training sessions a year and has accumulated experience across approximately 30 industries. His clients have included S-Group, Notra, Nordic Label, and Aspro. Harri believes in the power of words: we keep too many good things bottled up inside.
Marko Heintie, Consultant & Coach
Marko helps management implement cultural changes. He specializes in change programs linked to strategy and culture, in which new ways of thinking and working are embedded in everyday operations through leadership. Marko has carried out this work with companies such as Ponsse, Woikoski, and Fonecta. The sectors closest to his heart are manufacturing, IT, retail, and consulting firms. Juho Meri, TH’s sales director, has called Marko the company’s most fun employee. Opinions on that may vary, but there’s no doubt he’s a great coach.

The investment is €5,900 + VAT. The price does not include accommodation, transportation, meeting, or catering costs for the intensive sessions.
We will bill you for the training program in three installments: upon registration, in March 2027, and in August 2027.

The program is also suitable for leaders early in their careers who want to build effective leadership practices from the very beginning. The group consists of about 20 participants, ranging from entrepreneurs to members of executive teams.
Leader’s Path is a six-month program in which you’ll develop your own leadership playbook and put it into practice in your daily work. Small Miracles is a 1.5-day intensive course led by Jari Sarasvuo that challenges a leader’s worldview and identity.
The 1.5-day intensive training sessions will be held at three different locations:
