    We are a quality leader in scheduling appointments in accordance with NPS 81 (N_279, 2024). To ensure quality, we listen to calls, spar with people doing encounter marketing work and coach our staff at Jari Sarasvuo's Trainers' House Growth Academy.

    Achieving commercial results depends on many factors: the product or service offered, the target audience, the length of the sales cycle and the success of the salespeople. We are committed to verifiable results and typically monitor progress on a quarterly basis with our clients. Often it takes 6-12 months to build a growth system, depending on the starting point.

    We need an hour of time together each week for growth system sparring. In addition, when we start working together, we will spend 2,5 hours together to clarify the value proposition in a multi-channel way.

    We work with more than 200 different clients every week, so we know the ins and outs of different industries. Our experts will assess how the solution will work for you in your context. To minimise risk, our partnership always starts with a three-month pilot to ensure it works before a wider commitment.

    In the beginning, it is good to monitor the success of the cooperation in terms of the quality of the arranged meetings and follow-up discussions. In the longer term, the success of the cooperation is measured by verifiable results, i.e. the number of new customer sales generated.

    The pilot phase of our cooperation lasts 3 months, after which it typically continues for an indefinite period. The pilot phase allows for a trial period without a longer-term commitment.

    For the implementation of the growth system coaching, we will choose an experienced consultant or expert from our team to spar with you to make it a success. For encounter marketing, you will be supported by a hand-picked team of our 120 marketers. You will also have a dedicated project manager who will be responsible for the practical side of our partnership.

    The size of the investment depends on the scope of the cooperation and the package chosen. Typically, the monthly investment for cooperation ranges from €4,940 upwards.
