    It is estimated that we have ten conversations per person-day. The size of the target group, the profile of the decision-makers and the market chosen will influence the estimate of the number of conversations.

    Implementation

    This is how we proceed

    A proven model for identifying market potential.

     

    Lead production

    We will produce a company listing of interesting operators based on jointly agreed criteria.

    Trainers' House searches the list for the necessary information, such as the name, title, telephone number and email address of the decision-maker.

    Kick-off

    A kick-off event with Trainers' House's team and your key people.

    We will agree on the objectives, practices and timelines of the collaboration (1 hour).

    Together, we will clarify a distinctive value proposition that reinforces your brand and awareness, as well as survey questions (2.5 h).

    Production of marketing material

    We will shoot a 2-3 minute video to explain the promise, value and benefit of the service to the customer.

    We deliver an engaging email campaign.

    We also use the customer promise video as part of meeting confirmation.

    Market analysis

    We call decision-makers in the selected target group for 10 working days.

    During the discussions, we gather information about the market and its potential. We will provide you with a concise summary of each conversation and report back to you on a weekly basis.

    Brand awareness will be strengthened. Every call is a brand act.

    Results of cooperation

    We report weekly on each discussion with comments.

    In the steering groups, we review how the meetings have gone, which have led to further discussions, offers and deals.

    Continuous collaboration brings the best results. We will agree on further cooperation before the end of the pilot phase.
