    Frequently asked questions

    The implementation and further development of the strategy is continuous, because change is constant. Typically, we work with management teams and middle management for about a year to roll out the concept.

    In the first phase, the biggest time investment for the management team in the project is the 1.5-day bootcamp training. In addition, the members of the management team will participate in a 30-60 minute individual interview and answer a pre-interview questionnaire.

    We always select the most suitable team of experienced coaches and project managers for the assignment. The composition of the team is chosen according to your situation and needs.

    Background work can be efficiently managed remotely. However, we recommend that the 1,5 days of work of the Steering Group be organised as a face-to-face meeting, preferably away from the everyday environment. New thinking is generated in a new environment - and that is why we also recommend this for these events.

    The size of the investment depends on the scope of the cooperation and the selected solution. Projects usually start at approximately €17,500. The final price will always depend on the needs and objectives.
