Älykkäitä työ- ja asiakasympäristöjä toteuttavalla Praecomilla oli käsissään ongelma. Kasvuyrityksessä huomattiin, että strategiset suuntaviivat tuntuivat löytyvän vain toimitusjohtaja Miika Liljedahlin päästä. Ympärillä olevat kollegat eivät kuitenkaan olleet ajatustenlukijoita – strategia täytyi saada siirrettyä henkilöstölle. Samalla toimitusjohtajan hallitsemaa päätöksentekokykyä haluttiin hajauttaa.

Eerikkilä on suomalaisen jalkapallon ja salibandyn koti – huippu-urheilun tarpeisiin luotu paikka, jossa myös yrityspäättäjät ja yksityishenkilöt voivat pysähtyä, latautua ja nostaa tasoaan. Viime vuosina Eerikkilä on uudistanut omaa toimintaansa paljon, ja tuoreimman strategiakierroksen piti olla vain kevyt freesaus ja kirkastus.
