What you will learn as a marketer:

    Discussions with managers

We teach you how to talk business with business people, because a lot of a marketer's job is talking to managers. During your working day, you'll talk to a number of business leaders on the phone. By learning to understand business and talk to executives, you'll have a secure future.

    Project management

Projects must have a leader who makes sure things are on schedule and that everyone knows their responsibilities. Once you've proven your skills as a marketer, you'll be ready to lead client projects as a senior marketer. The job description of a senior marketer includes reporting, billing, managing your own team and customer communication.

We help people get ahead - examples of career stories

    Charlotte Sinkari

From marketer to office manager in four years

Charlotte Sinkari started as a marketer at Trainers' House in 2016.

After two years of working there, Charlotte found herself leading a team of ten people. A few months later, she was assigned to lead a major international project, reporting directly to the management team of a major listed client.

Charlotte delivered on the high expectations of both client and employer with flying colours. A year later, Charlotte was promoted to Office Manager in our largest office in Helsinki.

    Christian Vaarala

From marketer to redemption manager in six years

Christian Vaarala started working as a marketer in Trainers' House's Oulu office in 2016. Very soon he was also in charge of client projects and project teams.

After a year and four months of working there, Christian took over the management of the entire Oulu office together with his partner.

After managing the Oulu office for four and a half years, Christian moved to the head office in Helsinki to lead the Project Manager team in January 2022.

Already in August of the same year, Christian took over the management of the entire marketing unit's redemption work. He is responsible for service quality in all our offices.

    Emilia Tauriainen

From marketeer to listed company management team in six years

Emilia Tauriainen started as a marketeer at Trainers' House in 2016. Before long, she was entrusted with managing client projects, and within her first year, she was already leading a team of ten people.

After just 18 months with the company, Emilia took on a major growth challenge. At the age of 21, she relocated to Spain to lead our office in Torrevieja.

Emilia succeeded in a tight spot. In 2019, she returned to Finland and took responsibility for leading the Konehuone team, which plays a key role in supporting Trainers' House consultants and client projects.

A year later, Emilia also assumed responsibility for recruitment across Trainers' House. In 2022, she was appointed to the Group's operational management team.

And the journey didn't stop there. In 2023, Emilia became a member of the Trainers' House Board of Directors—and a mother for the first time.

    Juho Meri

From marketeer to sales director in five years

Juho Meri started as a marketeer at Trainers' House in 2017.

The entrepreneurial mindset and leadership potential in Juho were quickly recognized, and after just a few months in the company, he was promoted to Team Leader.

Only a year later, Juho was given responsibility for leading the team supporting clients' business development projects. Not long after, one of those clients invited him to join its Board of Directors.

In 2020, Juho took the next step in his career by joining the Trainers' House trainee programme for consultants. During the programme, he achieved record-breaking sales results.

Just two years later, Juho was appointed Sales Director of the Trainers' House Group.
