    The development of management team work is an ongoing process, but typically the process from the background work phase to the 1,5-day bootcamp training and the closing steering group takes a few months.

    The biggest time investment of the management team in the project is the 1,5-day bootcamp training. In addition, a background interview with each member of the management team is organised, for which an hour should be set aside.

    We always select the most suitable team of experienced coaches and project managers for the assignment. The composition of the team is chosen according to your situation and needs.

    Background work can be efficiently managed remotely. However, we recommend that the 1,5 days of work of the Steering Group be organised as a face-to-face meeting, preferably away from the everyday environment. New thinking is generated in a new environment - and that is why we also recommend this for these events.

    The size of the investment depends on the scope of the cooperation and the selected solution. Projects usually start at approximately €17,500. The final price will always depend on the needs and objectives.
