Eficode and Trainers’ House started working together already in 2008. The co-operation began with sales development.

“Since then, Trainers’ House has become our partner for growth,” says Eficode Sales Director Heikki Hämäläinen.

“During our collaboration, Eficode’s revenue and personnel has grown by a factor of five, and most of our initial sales contact are due to Trainers’ House,” Hämäläinen says.

“The collaboration has also been productive from the standpoint of sales development. We always have a sounding board, someone who we can talk to about leading sales.”

“We have an exceptionally high hitrate and conversion, even 80-95%. We’re constantly improving our call story, and sharpening it every quarter. This helps us keep the conversion high. In addition to that, we keep a close eye on who agrees to meet us, and who doesn’t. If there are any deviations in quality, we can get that fixed immediately,” Hämäläinen praises.
